When I set up the @SaveECRewards Twitter account I posted a challenge to find a positive Tweet about East Cost Rewards becoming Nectar. I was impressed to find out that the Virgin Trains East Coast MD David Horne managed to find such a Tweet.

More seriously I was delighted to see that he has engaged with a Twitter user who contacted him directly about his concerns about Nectar:

I am pleased that the MD is aware of these issues and is willing to interact with passengers directly.
